Vicky Dhawan, a resident of Mundian Kalan, was arrested by the Jamalpur police and three stolen mobile phones and two motorcycles were recovered from the suspects.

He has been taken on police remand for further probe.

The police said the suspect used to steal mobiles and motorcycles from various areas of the city and then sold them at cheaper rates.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
