Municipal Corporation Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal held an open-house session to redress the grievances of Class IV employees at the MC Zone D office for the second consecutive day here today.

Today’s session was held for the employees of Zones C and D. A total of 40 employees raised their concerns on the occasion. MC Commissioner Dachalwal asked the officials concerned to resolve the issues of Class IV employees on a priority.

MC Assistant Commissioner Neeraj Jain, Executive Engineer Parshotam Singh, CSIs, clerks (health branch) among other officials were also present during the session.

The Class IV employees raised issues regarding delay in salary, pay fixation, EPF and ESIC benefits.

Employees aged above 42 years sought regularisation of their jobs. Dachalwal said he would take up the matter with senior officials. The session for employees under Zones A and B was held on Friday.
