MLA inaugurates project to lay sewer lines in Dugri area

To upgrade the existing sewer system, Atam Nagar MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu inaugurated a project to lay new sewer lines in the Dugri Phase 1 area of ward number 49 here today. The project is being taken up at a cost of Rs 44 lakh.

MLA Sidhu said the Punjab Government was committed for overall development of the state. Projects worth crores had been completed in the Atam Nagar constituency. More projects would be inaugurated in the coming days.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
