Continuing with their ongoing efforts to rehabilitate flood victims in the state, Initiators of Change and Gurmat Gian Missionary College, with the support of Ludhiana’s Marriage Palace and Resorts Association, dispatched five trucks of essential relief support to a village on Tuesday. The aid consists of seeds and land restoration material for 500 acres of farmland, along with 5,000 litres of diesel to assist farmers in preparing for the next crop cycle.

The relief convoy was flagged off by Municipal Corporation Zonal Commissioner Jasdev Sekhon in the presence of volunteers and community representatives. The support is being sent to Kilche village in Ferozepur district, which has been adopted jointly by Initiators of Change and Gurmat Gian Missionary College for long-term rehabilitation and livelihood restoration.

In addition to agricultural support, both organisations are also actively assisting the village with medical relief camps, financial support for affected families and rebuilding of damaged houses—ensuring that every aspect of recovery, from health to livelihood, is addressed with compassion and care.
