Over 200 take part in district roller skating championship

Over 200 participants took part in different categories during the 28th Ludhiana District Roller Skating Championship held at the Leisure Valley Rink, Sarabha Nagar, here, on Sunday.

JP Singh and JS Dhaliwal, senior vice-president and general secretary, respectively, of the Ludhiana District Roller Skating Association gave away prizes to winners.

Final results

Boys 6 to 8 years (inline 1 lap): Kartik Thapar 1st, Shresth Sharma 2nd and Suvansh Tandon 3rd; Inline 2 lap: Harekam Singh 1st, Shresth Sharma 2nd and Kartik Thapar 3rd; Inline 3 lap: Harekam Singh 1st, Ravin Gupta 2nd and Aadvik Gupta 3rd.

Boys 8 to 10 years (Inline 1 lap): Bhavesh Gupta 1st, Mankirat Singh Grewal 2nd and Ishanveer Singh 3rd; Inline 500 D: Divyam Chawla 1st, Bhavesh Gupta 2nd and Ishanveer Singh 3rd; Inline 1,000m: Divyam Chawla 1st, Devik Chawla 2nd and Mankirat Singh Grewal 3rd.

Boys 10 to 12 years (Inline 1 lap): Samarveer Singh 1st, Ayaan Garg 2nd and Kavyansh Chawla 3rd; Inline 500m: Samarveer Singh 1st, Dilvansh 2nd and Aayan Garg 3rd.

Girls 6 to 8 years (Inline 1 lap): Swarna Jyoti 1st, Sehajleen Kaur 2nd and Sejal Sandhu 3rd; Inline 2 lap: Swarna Jyoti 1st and Sehajleen Kaur 2nd.

Girls 8 to 10 years (Inline 1 lap): Aanhsi Yal 1st, Pankhuri 2nd and Japsimar Kaur 3rd; Inline 1,000m: Heenal 1st, Japsimar Kaur 2nd and Aanshi Syal 3rd.

Girls 10 to 12 years (Inline 1 lap): Taisha Garg 1st, Hitanshi Nagpal 2nd and Siya Jain 3rd; Inline 500m: Sehajpreet Kaur 1st, Taisha Garg 2nd and Hitanshi Nagpal 3rd; Inline 1,000m: Sehajpreet Kaur 1st, Hitanshi Nagpal 2nd and Anayasha Gupta 3rd.
