Over 500-gm heroin seized in 2 incidents
In two incidents, the police seized over 500 gm of heroin from two persons.
Pradeep Kumar of Arjun Dev Nagar, was arrested by the police near Shingar Cinema Road when the police were patrolling in the area. On seeing the police, he tried to flee the spot. The police frisked him and seized 225 gm of heroin. Later, they conducted a raid at his house and seized 65 gm of heroin, one Honda Activa scooter, one mobile phone and Rs 700. A case has been registered.
In the other incident, 265 gm of heroin was seized from Jagmohan Singh. He tried to run away when the police were patrolling near Gills Garden Resort. He was nabbed and heroin was seized from him.
