The Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), under the All India Coordinated Research Project on Women in Agriculture (AICRP-WIA), organised two training programmes aimed at skill development and nutritional health promotion. A training session on ‘Value Addition of Fabrics’ was conducted by Dr Prerna Kapila, a scientist, at Paddi Khalsa village. The event focused on equipping 25 women with techniques to add value to fabrics and explore potential entrepreneurial opportunities. Another training on the ‘Establishment of Nutrition Garden’ was held at Pioneer International School, Rurka Kalan, Phillaur.
