Samiksha and Yashika Chauhan, MSc students from the Department of Microbiology, College of Basic Sciences and Humanities, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), were honoured with the ‘Best Poster Presentation Award’ under the theme “Wastewater Treatment and Management” at the ICSSR-sponsored conference on “Waste to Resource: Unlocking the Potential of Treated Wastewater in Agriculture.” The Department of Soil Science and the Department of Extension Education, PAU, jointly organised the conference.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
