The police have launched a campaign aimed at raising awareness among parents, teachers and caretakers about the safety of children. The initiative follows an alarming incident in which three individuals abducted a child from a prosperous family in Seehan Daud village. The child had been playing unattended outside his home on the outskirts of the village on Wednesday evening.

The campaign kicked off with an event at MGMN Senior Secondary School in Ahmedgarh, where DSP Rajan Sharma briefed teachers of lower classes on proactive measures to ensure the safety of their students.

MC President Vikas Krishan Sharma chaired the session, with advocate Arvinder Singh Maavi from the District Bar Association. The session was led by principal Viney Goyal and the vice-principal, Ravinder Jit Puri, along with the school’s teachers.
