Commissioner of Police Swapan Sharma said cops supervised by ADCP (I) Amandeep Singh Brar and ACP Rajesh Kumar had nabbed Gurkamal Singh Lovely of Bachittar Nagar, Ludhiana, who had been declared a proclaimed offender by a Ludhiana court on March 27, 2023.

The accused was booked under Section 379 B and 411 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at the Sarabha Nagar police station in Ludhiana on December 12, 2020.
