Tarwinder had filed a complaint with senior police officials on March 13, stating that the suspects changed the direction of two shops purchased by him by constructing their petrol pump next to his shops. Besides, the suspects allegedly tried to encroach upon space by placing tiles, claiming that the portion of the complainant’s property is a part of their petrol pump. Following the complaint, officials investigated the matter and issued orders to register a case against all three suspects.

In the other case, following an investigation based on a complaint lodged on December 26, 2024, by Gurcharan Kaur, a resident of Gobindgarh, the Sadar police filed an FIR against Sahil Kumar, Gulshan Kumar’s son and a resident of Agar Nagar Extension, based on a complaint. The police had named Harjeet Singh, a resident of Dhandra Road, in the case.

The woman alleged that the suspects had committed a fraud with her. Police officials conducted a thorough probe and registered a case against the suspects on the charges of fraud and criminal conspiracy. SHO, Sadar police station, inspector Jagdev Singh said the police were investigating both cases registered against GK Group. No arrest had been made in the cases so far.
