Shop employee assaulted, robbed of mobile phone
When victim resisted their move, miscreants damaged his bike
Three bike-borne miscreants looted a Chicken shop employee on 33 Feet Road, in the jurisdiction of the Mundian police station, on Sunday night. They hit him in the face and snatched his mobile phone. When he resisted their move, they damaged his bike.
Sandeep, owner of Sunny Chicken Corner, said: “I was at a wedding. At midnight, my employee, Mann Singh, came to return the keys. While he was returning home, three robbers on a bike accosted him. They beat him up and snatched his mobile phone. His wife informed me about the incident this morning.”
The victim, Mann Singh, said when he was returning home, three suspects followed him from a distance. He tried to escape from the place but they surrounded him. They punched him in the face, breaking his tooth. The miscreants beat him to the ground, searched him and took out the mobile phone from his pocket. He also pleaded to the miscreants to leave him but they refused to listen. When he resisted, the suspects also broke his bike. Their motorcycle was not bearing the number plate.
ASI Purushottam Lal said the suspects would be apprehended with the help of CCTV camera footage.
