12 COVID-19 fatalities, 393 new cases reported in Rajasthan

As many as 12 COVID-19 patients died while 393 new cases were reported in Rajasthan on Sunday.

Four deaths were reported from Jaipur, two each from Alwar, Bharatpur, Nagaur, one from Ajmer, and one patient of other states.

The death toll now stands at 349 and the cumulative tally of inflicted patients had gone up to 14,930, a medical bulletin said.

Of this new cases, Dholpur reported 112 patients followed by 60 in Jaipur, Jodhpur 37, Pali 30, Jhunjhunu 22, Rajsamand 16,  Bharatpur 16, Sikar 15, Sirohi 14,  Alwar 12, Karauli 10, Barmer 9, Jalore 7,  Dungarpur 6, Bhilwara 5, Udaipur 4,  Ajmer 4, Nagaur 3, Churu 3,  Jhalawar 2, Tonk 2, Jaisalmer 1, and three from other states.

Of the tally of sick people, 11,597 have been recovered, of which 11,355 have been discharged.

There are now 2,984 active patients and 4258 migrant patients.

The breakup of the death toll is as follows: Jaipur 149, Jodhpur 30,  Bharatpur 30, Kota 19,  Ajmer 14,  Nagaur 12, Pali 8, Bikaner 7, Chittorgarh 6,  five each in Sikar, Sirohi, Sawaimadhopur and Alwar 5, four each in Baran and Karauli, three each in Dholpur, Bhilwara, two each in Jalore, Dausa, Banswara, Udaipur, Barmer and Churu, and one each in Rajsamand, Pratapgarh, Jhunjhunu, Sriganganagar and Tonk 1. Death of 23 patients hailing from neighbouring states is also included in the toll.
