New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday gave bail to 17 convicts sentenced to life imprisonment in the 2002 Sardarpura post-Godhra riots case in which 33 Muslims were burnt alive. The court, however, restrained the convicts from going to Gujarat and instead asked them to do community service in Madhya Pradesh. Page 7
