Delhi HC won’t stay CCI order against WhatsApp

New Delhi: The Delhi HC has refused to stay a notice issued by the Competition Commission of India asking Facebook and WhatsApp to furnish information with regard to its probe into the instant messaging app’s privacy policy. — TNS
