JNUSU, ABVP clash on campus, cases registered

New Delhi, November 15

Members of the JNU students’ union and the RSS-affiliated ABVP got into an argument inside the university campus on Sunday evening over the occupation of the students’ union hall, leaving students from both sides injured.

According to police, cross-FIRs have been registered under Sections 323 and 341 of the IPC.

No one has been detained or arrested in connection with the incident and a probe is underway, police said. — PTI
