Holding that posthumous privacy right was not permissible, the Delhi HC on Thursday refused to stay the release of “Nyay: The Justice” — a film said to be based on the life of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput — scheduled to be released on Friday. There are three more films. Justice Sanjeev Narula dismissed the plea of SSR’s father to restrain such films. TNS
