The discoms, while praying for the continuation of existing level of tariff and charges from consumers, propose to meet the revenue gap through operational financing as suggested in UDAY schemes, says discoms’ Multi-Year Tariff Petition and Annual Performance Review for 2019-20 before the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC). “We are not seeking any change in tariff plans,” said UHBVN Director SK Bansal.
