JEE, NEET on time, NTA assures student safety

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Tuesday assured safety of students and sought their cooperation in conducting JEE Mains and NEET UG exams in September this year. Amid calls by several Opposition parties seeking the postponement of the two exams, the NTA said the exams would be held on time and that exam centres had been increased for student safety and to maintain physical distancing. — TNS

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
