Shimla: To check absence of government officials from their places of posting during leave or otherwise, the Himachal Government on Friday issued strict directives with certain riders. 

2 LeT ultras killed in Pulwama encounter

Srinagar: Two Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) militants, believed to be Pakistanis, were killed, while another, a local, surrendered before security forces during an overnight encounter in Pulwama district of J&K in which a civilian also lost his life.
