Russia begins work on N-plant

New Delhi, January 18

Russian company Atommash has started making a nuclear reactor and steam generators for sixth unit of Kudankulam N-plant in Tamil Nadu. It will manufacture 6,000 tonnes of nuclear reactors, steam generators and coolant systems. The collaboration with India is Russia’s biggest among its eight overseas forays. — TNS
