Shopian encounter: Bodies exhumed, handed over to kin

Srinagar: The bodies of three persons from Rajouri, killed in an alleged fake encounter by the Army in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir in July this year, were exhumed and handed over to their families, officials said on Saturday. The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.
