In a complaint submitted to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of West Bengal in Kolkata on Tuesday, the BJP drew the CEO’s attention to a programme organised by the state government at Kolkata’s Netaji Indoor Stadium on Monday which was attended by representatives of various Durga puja organising clubs of the state. The gathering was addressed by Mamata.
