Nurpur girl recruitment head of MNC

Richa Pathania, who hails from Jassur (Nurpur), has brought laurels to her native place by climbing the top ladder of a US-based multi-national company (MNC) AVANADE, which has 80 offices in 24 countries with its headquarters in London (UK).
She has been appointed as head of recruitment diversity for 15 European countries. Presently working in London, she will now work as recruitment head in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and England. Earlier, Richa was honoured with ‘The Star of Europe Award’ for her consistent efforts in enhancing and doubling the number of women hired in AVANADE.
Richa is a pass-out from the Lawrence School, Sanawar, and HP University, Shimla.
