Following a complaint by Dr Baljit Kaur, Senior Medical Officer, Ghagga, the police have registered a case against Harpreet Singh, Baljeet Singh, Soni Singh and Shally Singh. “They were told to self-isolate for 15 days. However, when our teams went to examine them, they were found missing,” reads an FIR. A case under Section 188, 269 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered against them. — TNS
