Black Elephant club win series
The Black Elephant Cricket Club’s (BECC) under-12 cricket team defeated CCA, Chandigarh, by six wickets in the second match to win the two match Star Impact Cricket Cup series. Player of series prize was won by Diksha Phalswal. The prizes were distributed by Major Pankaj who was the chief guest on the occasion. The CCA team won the toss and elected to bat first. They managed to score 103 runs all out.
BECC chased the target in 30.4 overs losing four wickets. Brief scores: CCA Chandigarh 103 all out in 33.5 overs.Diksha Phaiswal 25, Ansh Sharma 11, Dimpal 4/16 Arunpreet 4/30. BECC 104 for 4 in 30.4 overs.
