Body found at Railway Station

Fatehgarh Sahib: The body of an unidentified woman has been discovered at the Sirhind railway station. ASI Kuldeep Singh said that the body of a middle-aged woman was discovered on platform No. 3 of the railway station this morning. He said that it seems that she died due to the harsh, cold weather. The police have kept the body in the civil hospital mortuary for identification. OC

Helmet bank built at RGNUL

Patiala: Patiala Foundation established its 11th helmet bank at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law to commemorate National Road Safety Month. The helmet bank has been set up in association with the RGNUL Pro-bono Club under project “SADAK “of the Patiala Foundation. To sensitise residents about the importance of road safety, the Patiala Foundation is set to conduct activities throughout the month.
