Book on poems by student released

Local girl Kyna Chauhan, a student of The Millennium School, added yet another feather to her cap with the release of her ‘Blooming of Hearts’, a compilation of poems.

The book was recently released by Punjab ADGP AS Rai here. Kyna said: “it is more than just a series of poems. It is a journey into the landscapes of the heart, crafted to evoke the tender and profound emotions that shape our lives — from breaking to healing. Each poem is an invitation to pause, reflect and connect deeply with your own experiences and feelings”.

Kyna had recently held painting exhibitions in Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Indonesia, Bali and many other national destinations.

The Tribune, now published from Chandigarh, started publication on February 2, 1881, in Lahore (now in Pakistan). It was started by Sardar Dyal Singh Majithia, a public-spirited philanthropist, and is run by a trust comprising five eminent persons as trustees.

The Tribune, the largest selling English daily in North India, publishes news and views without any bias or prejudice of any kind. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language and partisanship, are the hallmarks of the newspaper. It is an independent newspaper in the real sense of the term.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
