Clear land partition cases within stipulated time: Divisional Commissioner to officials

Patiala Divisional Commissioner Vinay Bublani on Monday paid a surprise visit to the SDM and Tehsildar offices in Rajpura, where he reviewed revenue court cases, easy registry and the grievance redressal system. He said people were getting relief due to timely disposal of mutation and partition cases. Interacting with farmers, Bublani directed Agriculture Officer Ranjodh Singh to immediately provide stubble management machines. He urged farmers not to burn crop residue.

Taking note of long-pending revenue matters, he ordered officials to clear cases related to land partitions, mutations, and girdawari within stipulated timelines. The Commissioner said his inspections across all sub-divisions of Patiala district were part of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s push for transparent and hassle-free services.

SDM Avikesh Gupta assured that strict compliance of the instructions would be ensured.
