Son of Ghanaur MLA Madan Lal Jalalpur, Gagandeep Singh Jalalpur today assumed the charge as Director (Administration) of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) here.

The Punjab Government today appointed Gagandeep Singh as Director (Administration) of PSPCL for a term of two years.

Jalalpur said that he was indebted to Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi for assigning him the important responsibility of PSPCL. He assured that he would put his level best efforts for providing quality, cheaper and uninterrupted power to the people of Punjab. “I will work with devotion to serve the power consumers of Punjab”, he said.

On the charge taking ceremony, Punjab Mandi Board Chairman Lal Singh, MLAs Sadhu Singh Dharamsot, Hardial Singh Kamboj, Madan Lal Jalalpur and Nirmal Singh Shutrana were present along with Chief Engineer/ Operation South Zone, Patiala, JS Saini and others.
