Cabinet Minister Chetan Singh Jauramajra, speaking on the birth anniversary of Subhas Chandra Bose, said that from now on, this day would be officially celebrated every year.

Speaking at a state-level event organised to mark the birth anniversary of the freedom fighter, the minister talked about the government’s commitment to supporting the families of all freedom fighters. He also shared instances from his visits to the homes of 22 living freedom fighters in the state.

DC Sakshi Sawhney and Harinderpal Singh Khalsa, Amrik Singh Kalihana, Inderpal Singh Soni, Parkash Dhaliwal and Major Singh from the Freedom Fighter Successor Association also spoke at the event.
