Fort Patiala grabbed three points against Mohali XI in the HR Saggi Memorial Hot Weather Cricket Tournament here today. The Patiala team won the toss and decided to bowl. Batting first, the Mohali team scored 250 runs with the help of Prabhnoor Bhalla (116) and Anshul Chaudhary (43). Kovid Gujjar of Patiala took six wickets for 68 runs.

In reply, Fort Patiala scored 308 runs. Kunwarjeet Singh scored 109 and Tikshan Tangri scored 89 runs for his team. Jaskeerat Singh of the Mohali team took 5 wickets for 22 runs, while Aryan took 4 wickets for 70 runs.

In the second innings, Mohali lads scored 300 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. Aryan scored 88 runs, while Anshu Chaudhary scored 60 runs. Kovid Gujjar took 4 wickets for 81 runs and won the man of the match award.
