Patiala's Govt Rajindra Hospital gets new medical superintendent

Patiala, July 5

Dr Girish Sahni, Professor and Head of the Department of Orthopaedics, has assumed the charge of Medical Superintendent at Government Rajindra Hospital in Patiala. Dr Sahni took over the position on Friday, following the resignation of his predecessor, Dr HS Rekhi, who stepped down last month citing health reason.

Rekhi’s resignation came amid controversy surrounding the extended stay of AAP MLA Jaswant Singh Gajjanmajra, who was caught by Enforcement Directorate at the hospital.
