Health Minister Dr Balbir Singh conducted a surprise inspection at an Aam Aadmi Clinic at Urban Estate in Patiala and the Civil Hospital, Rajpura.

During his visit, the Health Minister interacted with patients to assess their well-being and gather feedback on the facilities being provided at government healthcare centres.

Noting that 90-95 patients are visiting the Aam Aadmi Clinic daily to avail medical facilities, Dr Balbir Singh emphasised that the government’s efforts to strengthen healthcare infrastructure have restored public trust, with more people now preferring government facilities for reliable and cost-effective treatment.

Pointing out patient rush outside the medicine OPD and pharmacy, Dr Singh immediately directed officials to optimise crowd management by deploying nursing and ITI students for better queue systems.
