In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic, the Patiala Industrial Association donated 60,000 two-layered handmade masks worth Rs 4 lakh to the district administration today.

Patiala Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kumar Amit thanked the association for the association’s contribution in the fight against Covid. Many social organisations and associations had been coming forward to provide masks, the DC said.

Members of the association and self-help groups were preparing masks collectively, the DC added.
