One held for ‘killing’ man over financial dispute

A man was killed over a financial dispute while he was drinking in an Ahata at Bassi Pathana town last evening. The police have arrested one accused in this connection.

The deceased was identified as 34-year-old Jaspreet Singh, a resident of Ferozepur village; while the accused was identified as Sukhdev Singh, a resident of Aliyan village.
