Manisha Rana, the Chief Administrator of the Patiala Development Authority (PDA), said the cleaning of dividers on the roads of Urban Estate had been initiated by them.

She further said that since the PDA did not have any resources to catch stray animals, roaming on the roads of Urban Estate, they had contacted Patiala Municipal Corporation to catch these animals.
