Yadavindra Public School, Patiala, initiated scuba diving activity for students and staff. The activity was planned and the participants were trained in the school’s swimming pool from August 10 to 20. This camp was organised in collaboration with the Scuba Diving Foundation of India. It was led by certified Naval Divers and Nationally Acclaimed Trainers, Captain Sanjay Kadian, VSM (Retd), Commander Rajiv Sardana (Retd) and Archana Sardana. The students were imparted theoretical and practical training in the use of SCUBA (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) Diving as well as snorkelling in confined water.

The participants were introduced to the fundamentals of scuba diving, learning not only to navigate beneath the water’s surface but also gaining valuable skills. It will help the students build confidence, teamwork and discipline.
