Yadav instructed Rajpura SDM Avikesh Gupta to hold a meeting with representatives of nearby industries to devise a plan for creating dedicated lanes for trucks and heavy vehicles servicing the industries. The initiative aims to reduce the disruption caused by such vehicles to commuters and streamlining their movement in fixed areas.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasised the need for the local traffic police to actively regulate traffic. She directed them to review peak traffic hours and suggested rescheduling and relocating the bus stop slightly forward towards the Chandigarh road.

During her visit, Yadav directed the Municipal Council authorities to remove encroachments along the roads. She stressed that fruit and vegetable vendors must operate from their designated locations rather than occupying road space, as encroachments significantly contributed to traffic bottlenecks.
