With an aim to create awareness among the women about the significance of early health check-ups, the Rotary Club Sirhind organized a seminar on "Women's Health Screening and Personal Hygiene" at the Rana Hospital today.

Medical professional Dr Manpreet Sandhu was the guest speaker at the event, which was presided over by Dr Deepika Suri.

Speaking on the occasion, Sandhu emphasised the need for regular health screenings, saying they act as essential tools for the early detection and management of diseases.

Suri, meanwhile, highlighted the importance of including yoga, morning walks and normal exercises in one's daily routine. —OC
