‘It’s a golden chance’, casting director Shadman Khan on managing shoots
Recently, casting director Shadman Khan, who is known for the casting of various shows like Kha Hum Kha Tum, Bang Bang, Kukum Bhagya, Molkki and others, threw some light on the difficulties they were facing in managing the shoots. Shadman says, “We are facing difficulties because production houses want to cast local actors for cameos. Being freshers, local actors usually don’t have any idea about the casting process, so we are facing problems in judging them on the basis of their pictures only.”
On the positive side, Shadman adds, “It’s a very good opportunity for local actors to get a role in serials and live their dreams. It’s a golden chance.”
