THE ongoing students’ protest at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), Hisar, is more than just a reaction to stipend cuts. It is a manifestation of growing unrest in institutions where administrative decisions are increasingly seen as arbitrary and lacking empathy.
