AS India goes into the Vice-Presidential elections after the mysterious resignation of the sitting Vice-President, Jagdeep Dhankhar, the reality of questionable freedom for those in constitutional chairs continues. Ironically, Dhankhar, in his previous role as Governor of an Opposition-ruled state, made a mark by engaging in political exchanges and matching its fiery chief minister.
