Punjab A-G Vinod Ghai's brother to head PCC Legal, Human Rights & RTI Cell

Chandigarh, July 31

Criminal lawyer Bipan Ghai has been appointed as the chairman of the PCC Legal, Human Rights and RTI Cell. He is the brother of new Advocate-General Vinod Ghai.

PCC chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring said the list had been approved by the AICC.

Other office-bearers are Sant Pal Singh Sidhu as senior vice-chairman, Gurvinder Sandhu as vice-chairman-cum-spokesman, Bhupinder Ghai and APS Sandhu as general secretaries, Deepanshu Mehta, Apoorva Arya, Jaskaranjit Sibia and Jainika Jain as secretaries and Arshpreet Khadial as spokesperson. But Sant Pal has declined the offer, citing professional commitments.
