AAP's Ludhiana MLA Rajinderpal Kaur Chhina injured in road accident in Haryana

Aam Aadmi Party MLA from the South Assembly seat in Ludhiana, Rajinderpal Kaur Chhina, on Wednesday met with an accident.

Her Innova car collided with a divider near the Khanauri border.

She suffered facial injuries. She was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Kaithal, Haryana.

Chhina had returned from a conference in America. She had landed at Delhi airport the previous night. Her husband, son, gunman, and driver had gone to receive her. While returning in the morning, a motorcycle reportedly came in front of her car, causing the car to go out of control and ram into the divider. The biker also sustained injuries in the accident and was hospitalised.

She is said to have been referred to a hospital in Ludhiana for further treatment.
