Muktsar: A 65-year-old farmer, Sukhdev Singh, from Khane Ki Dhabh village died of cardiac arrest on Thursday. He had recently returned from the Tikri border protest site following illness. Sources said the victim had been actively participating in the ongoing farmer agitation. He had visited the Tikri border several times. Sukhdev was even jailed in connection with farmer protests in the past, they added. TNS
