The Punjab Government today allowed opening of more activities in areas outside the containment zones, including opening of bars in hotels, shopping malls, and multiplexes.

An official spokesperson said the government had decided to allow opening of bars in hotels, shopping malls, and multiplexes located in areas outside containment zones.

He added managements of such commercial establishments must ensure meticulous compliance of the standard operating procedure issued by the health department from time to time.
