Bittu objects to Jathedar’s video clip

Ludhiana parliamentarian Ravneet Singh Bittu has objected to the viral video clip, allegedly of acting Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh.

In the video clip, the Jathedar is seen praising the killers of a former Chief Minister and blaming people for electing wrong people. He made the alleged remarks at the bhog ceremony of mother of Paramjit Singh Bheora, who was convicted in the Beant Singh assassination case.

Reacting sharply to the clip, Bittu challenged Giani Harpreet Singh to contest the next parliamentary elections. Bittu said he would appeal to religious heads of various organisations regarding the remarks.
