Talking to reporters here today, Mehta said frequent reshuffling of ministers and bureaucrats at both district and state levels within a few months was creating frustration among officials and hampering public services.

He said corruption was driving these frequent changes. He alleged black money was being collected from Punjab and funnelled into the Aam Aadmi Party’s Assembly poll campaign in Haryana.

Mehta said the CM felt politically insecure due to which he had been avoiding panchayat and municipal corporation elections in the state.

Parminder Mehta also criticised Mann for not issuing any notification regarding the abolition of the NOC requirement for land purchase, despite repeated announcements.
