Body of Hisar businessman found in Hanumangarh
The body of a 40-year-old businessman, Rakesh Kumhar, was discovered late last night in a field near the bus stand in Sherpura village, Hanumangarh. The police have registered a murder case, and the body was handed over to the family after a post-mortem.
The deceased’s brother, Kuldeep Kumar, from Mohabatpur village in Adampur tehsil of Hisar district, filed a complaint naming three individuals, Sandeep Jangar of Deva village, and Anil and Sunil of Hisar, in connection with the crime.
Kuldeep explained that his brother, Rakesh, was involved in a dispute with the three individuals over a Rs 70 lakh transaction. Rakesh had left home yesterday afternoon, saying he was going to Bhadra to collect money from the accused. However, he did not return by night, and his phone was switched off when contacted.
They found his car parked near the bus stand in Sherpura village, and about 20 meters away, his lifeless body was discovered.
Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and sent the body to the government hospital in Bhadra for post-mortem.
